I have been sitting in the bus to Shanghai for 2 hours 30 min already. I’ve managed to have a short nap as well. All day today I was dreaming about watermelon as it is quite refreshing in this heat, but then I didn’t want to take it up to the mountain. Lucky me, one of the bus drivers unexpectedly started carrying and offering watermelon for everyone who wanted it and free of charge! Very ripe, crunchy and delicious – just the way I like it! The only problem there is no toilet in the bus and quite a long way to final stop still. That seemed like going to be a “fun” experience! I was even considering my water bottle as the bus was not very crowded.
So I have made a conclusion: you should always dream, even if it is small, because the dreams come true, just be careful what you wish for, and if you dream – dream big!
Thankfully the bus stopped for a break in the next 20-30 min and there was a public toilet – no doors and sideways with a hole in the middle (good exercise for squats!), just the way they like it here in China.
It is getting dark outside of the bus window and I am still on my way to Shanghai.
